For moderate loads, speed, and vibration. All bearings are IP69K rated for dust tight protection, close range high pressure and temperature washdown or steam cleaning. Lubricated for life with a NSF H1 certified ISO VG 220 PAO base oil, NLGI No. 2, Aluminum Complex thickened grease to eliminate lubrication holes, grease zerks, and other potential areas for contamination intrusion. Ideal for food, poultry, meat, pharmaceutical manufacturing or any environment subject caustic washdown or regular temporary submersion. Thermoplastic housings provide excellent chemical and corrosion resistance capable of resisting many acids, fats and most food and beverage processing chemicals.
