Sleeve Bearing Grades:

Our sleeve bearings cover the entire thermal and environmental spectrum from extreme heat to extreme cold and passive to corrosive.  Our carbon-graphite bearings are available in two temperature ranges: Our HT750 Carbon graphite rated from -40 F to 750 F and our HT1000 graphite rated from -200 F to 1000 F. Carbon-Graphite bearings are mechanically accurate at all temperatures, self lubricating, and protect the shaft from wear.

In addition to carbon graphite we also offer our NT Teflon composite bearing, for contaminated environments, very low friction and broad temperature service.

Sleeve bearing temperature ranges
HT750 Carbon-Graphite:

HT750 graphite is our most common grade; it is utilized when elevated or low temperature is expected, and if liquid water could be encountered.  It a very good general purpose grade and services the majority of applications.

HT1000 Carbon-Graphite:

For very hot or cold applications, when it is not possible to encounter liquid water. Liquid water can react with HT1000  graphite to restrict shaft movement and should not be used between 250 F and -40 F. HT1000 is for extreme temperatures.
