CG-1 Hydrodynamic Bearing
The CG-1 Hydrodynamic bearing is a full replacement for the Dodge RTL Sleeveoil bearing, with many enhancements over the RTL design. We have taken the successful aspects of the traditional sleeveoil bearing such as oil ring lubrication and self-aligning capability and improved upon it.
We have eliminated all water lines using a high performance liner that can operate continuously at temperatures of 400° F without any external cooling.
We use high quality domestic iron that will resist fatigue and dampen vibration. Our bearings are manufactured to ABEC-1 precision tolerances and inspected using the latest automated CMM technology.
